Saturday 9 August 2008 - US Embassy 4:00pm for 4:30pm, $5, the usual. Your hare will be Which One who will be abducting you and taking you to the secret US internment camp in Dili.
In his own words :"The U.S. Embassy is located on Beach road with a big American flag and sign
saying U.S. Embassy. You can not miss it.
Please park on
beach road and enter the compound through the main guard house. Please present
any form of ID at the gate and I will make sure the guards are quick to let
people in. The circle will be on a grassy area by the pool and
there will be guards to point you in the right directions.
Rules while on
the U.S. Embassy compound. If not followed you will be sent to

- Present ID at front gate.
- You must say "God bless America" whenever you speak to any Embassy staff

Did you know that the hash currently has regular runners/walkers from Timor-Leste, Australia, New Zealand, Portugal, Brazil, England, Ireland, USA, Canada, Nicaragua, India, Japan, Cambodia, Germnany, Indonesia, The Netherlands, Russia and the Philippines plus occasional visits from Italy, Peru, Israel, Spain and Wales.
Why are you here ?
Dili Hash House Harriers is Dili's version of the hash house harriers. The same but different. You are here because you are considering running or walking with us next Saturday. You will get an hour's exercise then imbibe carelessly for the period of your choice.
After a good dose of the GM's ramblings, there is an open invitation to participate in group eating as organised by the hares.The hash exists to encourage convivialness amongst a wide spectrum of people of all nationalities, levels of fitness and mixes politicians, policemen, public servants, pilots, plumbers and proctologists without a punch-up. The run charge is US$5 which gets you an hour or so of uncontrolled drinking of either beer or soft drinks and a laugh at (hopefully) someone else's expense.
There are not too many excuses as Dili has no opera, ballet, string quartet, poetry reading clubs, jazz music society or any of those other things that hashers crave for.

There are 2 ways of doing this. One requires a Yahoo account and the other does not. If you already have a Yahoo account, then the first option is probably better. If you don't want yet another web site user name and password to manage then the 2nd option is better.Option 1 :
